If you’re reading this from the other side of the world, well, good morning! or,afternoon because it is almost 1am here in Singapore.
I really couldn’t just come back home(from college) and start on another set of new brief.So I headed down to the 24hour supermarket (hoorah!) to get some snacks and berries yes! I figured I should try to make my own Berry Basil syrup. It didn’t take too long to make,so it was like a quick perk me up session for myself. Plus,it’s my first time making it- which also turned out really fantastic.
The recipe was derived from The Peach Kitchen. I’ve also added some raspberries to my syrup.
Alcohol-Free Strawberry Basil Mojito
1 cup of Strawberries
2 tbsp water
3 tbsp sugar
club soda or sparkling water or 7up or Sprite
lemon juice and lemon wedge for garnish
Fresh basil leaves, cut into strips or chopped
