How To: Remove food scent in your processor.

Ok,so you want to use your processor and they smell like the last thing you blended. Say, chili paste. You know how chili paste would smell like and linger around the plastic ? You washed and even try soaking detergent liquid in the holder – but all fail.

Here’s what you need to remove the remaining stain and odor,so you can blend your next ingredient without them to have hints of er..that chili smell.

  • 1 quarter of a lemon
  • one teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 cup of water

Blend everything at a medium speed for about 30 seconds to 1 minute until the  cup is filled and covered with the pulps and juice. Basically, the whole mixture.
Then rinse off your cup and give a sniff .. and tada ! The cup is back to it’s neutral scent. If you need to,you might want to repeat the step for a second time or third.

Happy blending !
